Prince Ahmad made this statement after attending the graduation ceremony at the General Security Training City in Makkah on Saturday.
The prince also stressed the need for increased number of qualified security personnel and commended the ministry's efforts to form new security forces in light of the incidents and developments in the Kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The prince also affirmed the need for pre-emptive security operations to root out terror. "The Kingdom's efforts to fight terror have been appreciated by all countries in the world. There are countries that have benefited from the experience of the Kingdom in fighting terror," he said in the statement.
Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs Prince Muhammad bin Naif also attended the function. The dignitaries viewed the parade and skillful handling of weapons by the students. A total of 1,534 graduates in 11 specializations received their degrees. Prince Ahmad distributed certificates to outstanding students.
