Spokesman Herb Hadad said Thursday that Narcy Novack and three others are charged in the death of 53-year-old Ben Novack Jr. at the Hilton Rye Town in Rye Brook.
The specific charges and the names of the other defendants were not immediately made public.
Novack's father was the founder of Miami's Fontainebleau Hotel.
The victim's travel company had organized an Amway convention at the New York hotel.
Narcy Novack told police she found him in their room on July 12, 2009. Police previously labeled her a "person of interest." Her lawyer refused to comment Thursday.
