King Abdullah congratulates Spanish king on World Cup victory

Spain won the glittering 2010 FIFA World Cup by beating the Netherlands, 1-0, in the finals at Soccer City outside Johannesburg, South Africa, on Sunday.
King Carlos thanked the Saudi ruler for his gesture.
It's Spain's first football World Cup title.
