Russia gives plane crash evidence to Poland

Among the documents that Russia's Deputy Prosecutor General Alexander Zvyagintsev passed to Gen. Krzysztof Parulski on Thursday were interviews with witnesses of the crash.
Zvyagintsev said the documents include mobile phone footage of the immediate aftermath of the crash filmed by locals, photographs taken at the scene, and forensic evidence from body parts.
Russian authorities have blamed heavy fog and pilot error for the crash in Smolensk, which wiped out much of the country's civilian and military leadership. The official investigation is ongoing.
