During interrogation the man allegedly confessed to the crimes and claimed he was stalking a fourth maid to murder. The police did not reveal the identity of the suspect and the identities or nationalities of the murder victims. The suspect allegedly confessed to deforming his own children by burning them with fire to make them beggars.
The first body was found the Yanbu Al-Nakheel Road in 2007, the second body was found near the Corniche of Yanbu Industrial City, also in 2007, while the third body was found Al-Shimal Road in 2008. The police released another man they suspected in the murders.
