“The National Day celebration is a special event because of the natural formation of the Kingdom and its endless effect on the lives of its people,” the ADA said in a statement. “Its symbolism and model is a turning point in pushing the homeland and its people toward an unprecedented stage of development.”
The ADA said different activities and programs befitting the occasion have been prepared.
The sites include the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Olympic Complex at the Al-Rafeah Quarter, King Abdulaziz Manakh Garden, the Riyadh Spring Festival site along Abu Bakr Road, and the Exhibitions Square at Eastern Riyadh Park.
The celebrations will feature the national anthem, traditional colors from various Saudi regions, art exhibitions and a variety of other displays. There will also be traditional bazaars, a women’s tent, activities for children and all families, a children’s theater and national and Gulf presentations, among others.
