“The foundation was established in London to promote understanding and peaceful coexistence between followers of the three divine faiths and other religions by carrying out various educational and research programs and dialogue forums,” Jameel said.
“Three Faiths” will feature, side by side for the first time, the NYPL’s magnificent collection of Jewish, Christian and Muslim manuscripts.
Alongside the exhibition, Coexist will also support the NYPL's large-scale series of education programs for teachers, schoolchildren, public sector workers and others to promote better understanding of the three religious traditions, their common interests and differences.
