Officers went to the location of the truck in Al-Salam district, east of Jeddah-Makkah Expressway. Police and forensic teams surrounded the truck, which was carrying construction waste, to collect evidence.
Police did not find any evidence to suspect an attack on the victim. Early examinations of the body revealed that the driver might have suffered from a massive heart attack that led to his death.
Police said they would reveal more details when investigations are concluded.
