“They didn’t look like they were going to be passing out any
presents when they came in,” police said in a statement about the robbery late
Monday evening.
When a 38-year-old sales clerk asked them to take off their
disguises, one of the Santas pulled out a pistol and demanded money from her
and a 22-year-old colleague. They escaped with the money. Neither sales clerk
was hurt.
