“Detectives located his house on the basis of the information supplied by his latest victim, who was raped last Thursday,” said the police source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media.
The rape victim’s age was not disclosed. She identified the suspect from a police lineup. According to the source, the man is believed to have lured girls as young as eight years old from in front of hospitals and wedding halls.
He is believed to have offered sweets to capture the girls before raping them in his SUV at isolated locations or taking his victims to his home after delivering his family to a vacation rest house and then using an alibi to say he would return later. None of the victims were killed in these sexual assaults.
