Orlando Silva said Thursday in a conference call that 10 of the stadiums will host matches for the 2013 Confederations Cup, a test event for football’s showcase tournament.
Silva says Brazil will invest $14 billion in airports, urban transportation, ports and stadiums for the World Cup.
