A man’s body was dangling from the side of a building with a rope tied around its neck.
It appeared someone had committed suicide, a local daily reported. Upon closer inspection, residents found out the victim was a dummy.
A contracting company put the dummy up to motivate their workers to use proper safety precautions while working on the site.
The residents said the dummy should be removed to prevent confusion.
