The court ruled that each of the accused be paid SR12,000 as compensation for being held for a period of 10 days.
The three men filed a complaint against the Prosecution and Investigation Commission (PIC), which ordered their arrest accusing them of breaking the rules and procedures.
The court said the three Haia members acted according to the rules and did not break the law when they entered a house in Al-Khalidiyyah district after receiving information that a noisy party was going on in one of the houses where men and were illegally mixing.
The court said when the Haia members realized that the information they had received was correct, had acted according to the Saudi legal system, and that anyone had the right to be told why he or she was being held.
The objections will be dealt with by the court of appeals provided that they are made in the appropriate time.
The financial compensation for illegal arrests is left to the discretion of the judge.
