The committee gets this extra period in view of its excellent services and to fulfill its obligations and future visions. The voice of vote was passed in the presence of the overseas trustee and patron Shamim Kausar and the Hyderabad-based trustee Mohammed Haseebullah.
While delivering his welcome address, President Aijaz Ahmed Khan thanked the members for reposing their trust in him and for his missions.
Khan praised especially the senior veterans that include Siadath Ali Khan, Badruddin Ansari, Hasan A Bayazeed and Majeedul Hasan.
Later, he announced the names of his office bearers with a minor reshuffle in the team of workforce, as the top-level order remained the same: Syed Mudassir Ahmed Bukhari as vice president, Syed Khaja Viqaruddin as general secretary, Mahmood Balsharaf as VP finance, Anwarul Haque as finance secretary, Syed Rafat Shah as treasurer and Shakeel Afsar as event coordinator.
He said his vision was “to own a separate building for trust in Hyderabad and to reach every individual with our objectives and noble mission, so that enhancement of membership with high transparency might be possible. Alongside this,” he continued, “I want to develop the personalities of our youngsters, so that new talent and aptitudes can lead in future.’’
Many talented young men tied up for the first time in the new committee: Imran Kausar was assigned the post of director computer center, Syed Mukassir Bukhari as PRO and chief spokesman, Farooq Ahmed as joint secretary and a host of others too were assigned posts in order to serve the community through different spheres and angles.
The salient feature of this new setup was the appointment of directors for the zonal groups as well as for the various projects, like Aleem Khan Falki as director for education and personality development, Syed Qadeer Khalid as director for Hyderabad project, Mir Gazanfar Zaki as director for youth-welfare, Asimuddin Ansari as director fund raising and sponsorship program, Mohammed Sayeduddin as director placement-cell, and Salabat Lodhi as director programs and events. Moreover, the president envisaged better prospects and hoped that the new committee would certainly fulfill his cherished dreams and stand up to its expectations.
He requested all members to work selflessly and exert their entire services for the trust. Speaking on the occasion, Shamim Kausar and Haseebullah wished for success to the new team.
