Under this agreement, the Gammon Group of companies will design plan, finance and build a complete new city which will include hospitals, schools, residential villas, parks, playing areas, industrial areas, mosques, warehouses with latest advance technology including a petrochemical plant, and a tire manufacturing factory.
This project will create jobs for over 3,000 Saudi nationals, Al-Ghaanami said, adding that this new city development will include a complete modern medical city to cater for the growing population and will include medical training facilities with an International medical group.
