Pakistan jails Bin Laden's family for illegal stay

Civil judge Shahrukh Arjumand after convicting them also ordered the government to initiate deportation process of sending them to their respective countries with in two weeks.
Earlier on Monday morning all five accused, three widows of OBL and two daughters were framed with charges and after several hours proceedings given its verdict.
14 family members of OBL, including 9 minor children were with Pakistani authorities since May 2nd 2011 when American marines raided the compound in Abbottabad and killed OBL in an encounter. They all were shifted to Islamabad and trial was begun early last month under violations of two passport act section and three sections of Pakistan penal code.
According the official documents all accused were charged with conspiring, Harboring an offender and cheating a person by impersonation while according to passport act they are also charged with entering and living in Pakistan without legal documents.
Talking to Arab News Zakria Al-Sadda the brother in Law of OBL, a Yemeni national, said that he is happy that he is going to get his sister, Amal Al-Sadda back home along with five of her children.  Mian Amir Khalil the counsel of all five accused, informed Arab News that his client is satisfied that they get the justice so they would not challenge the decision to any higher court as the legal option is available to challenge the decision of the lower court.
When he was asked about the deportation process he informed that the court started the conviction period from 3 March so that they would be deported to their respective countries in two weeks time. “If my client is happy so I am happy too” he added.
Yemen has already demanded Pakistan through official diplomatic channels that they want Amal Al-Sadda widow of OBL along with her five children back home last week as Pakistan replied Yemen that they tackle the issue as par the law of the land as the issue is under trial in the court.Now after their conviction by the court, their deportation is eminent sometimes in April to their respective countries.
