Alhoshan was recently honored by the CEO — Middle East Magazine as the Best CEO of the Year in the Islamic banking sector of Saudi Arabia for his significant contribution in maintaining the leading position of Bank Aljazira in Islamic banking.
Alhoshan indicated that the Islamic banking sector will grow faster in the world as evidenced by the previous years as a result of the global crisis that stormed the international financial sector, and he expects that the year 2012 will witness a significant progress in the Islamic banking sector.
Alhoshan expressed his appreciation to the award grantor and CEO Magazine for honoring him with this award, and extended his thanks to all bank employees for their efforts in this achievement.
Alhoshan expressed his thanks to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and its effective role in controlling the Saudi banking and financial sectors, and extended his appreciation to the bank's shareholders, customers and board of directors for their support and confidence which motivate the bank to continue its best efforts towards more successes and excellence.
Walid Akkawi, CEO of ITP Publishing Group, pinpointed that the achievements made by Bank Aljazira and their indications of wise leadership and great efforts were the basis on which the magazine made its judgment accordingly.
