LG Styler sets new standard for clothing management

LG Electronics (LG) introduces its cutting-edge LG Styler, a clothing management cabinet designed to keep clothing neat and fresh. The LG Styler offers a professional touch, using a combination of technologies, including steam to help reduce wrinkles, odors and allergens on clothing. This is particularly useful for items that require special care such as suits and baby clothes.
“The LG Styler is a unique product designed for both washable and dry-cleanable clothes,” said Seong-Jin Jo, president and CEO of the LG Electronics Home Appliance Company. “The Styler can refresh and deodorize multiple fabrics such as suits, Abaya, Hijab and thick winter coats, so they stay wearable longer, limiting sometimes expensive professional cleaning.”
The Styler also provides powerful sterilization by taking advantage of LG’s hot steam spray technology, called True Steam. The hot steam kills 99.9 percent of bacteria and dust mites that can live deep inside of fabrics. This sterilization is certified by British Allergy Foundation (BAF).The powerful steam penetrates the fabric, dissolving allergens that are then separated and discharged.
Styler will be available in all premium locations of United Yousef Mohamed Naghi Showrooms from the end of November,” said Sanginn Lee, LG's home appliances senior manager.
The LG Styler relies foremost on the Steam Refresh function, which comprises two features — steam spray and moving hanger action. The steam spray feature helps keep clothes looking, feeling and smelling refreshed, while the moving hanger action feature gently shakes steamed items to reduce everyday wrinkles.
In addition to removing stale odors, users have the option to select an aromatic scent of their choosing to spray on clothing items with the Aroma Spray function.
In terms of design, the LG Styler boasts a modern, elegant finish that complements the interior decor of any bedroom, walk-in closet or laundry room.
