Following its previous success, the award-winning The Grill restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is once again launching its Weekend BBQ nights, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with choice of cuts featuring global cooking methods.
“The Grill’s culinary team has prepared a menu featuring a wide range of sizzling BBQ spreads, which will certainly delight all tastes,” says Anthony Tyler, GM at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. “The open-air terrace by the pool side at The Grill is certainly a unique venue to enjoy a delicious BBQ during this cool season,” he adds.
The table setup will include dishes of oriental mezzah along with freshly baked Arabic bread, and a live table grill where guests can enjoy watching their food being cooked.
These BBQ evenings will take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m. until midnight and are part of the ongoing culinary activities at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.
