JEDDAH: Officials at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) have emphasized their electronic training (e-training) system in their 5th Annual Seminar on Sunday.
The five-day seminar was held at the office of the Jeddah Development Center (JDC) in the presence of 52 main training supervisors. The head of the JDC, Faisal bin Aqeel, personally welcomed the attendees to the forum.
The forum aims to provide a proper environment for the integration of information and communication technologies in the training processes of the corporation to achieve well-trained employees.
The emphasis of the forum is on the latest developments of the e-system, computer use in training as well as hosting sessions focusing on the system’s contributions in development of the employees and communication between the head office and its sub-centers.
The event will conclude with an open meeting with TVTC General Director Abdullah Al-Dakhil.
The TVTC emphasized the importance of e-training in all of its training centers, insisting that new technologies will help in achieving future visions of the institution.
