The event was organized by Alshaya Home’s Jeddah sales team headed by Erwin Carpena, brand sales manager for Saudi Arabia. The host brand from the UK was represented by Roddy McFarlane, account manager for the Middle East.
It’s a meet-and-greet evening event with a reunion for some of Alshaya’s loyal customers who bought their handmade beds and expensive mattresses at Alshaya Home’s And So To Bed showroom.
McFalane presented the latest model of beds and also shared the brand’s track record in the Saudi market, which has a showroom since the last quarter of 2010.
The gathering was highlighted with some of the guests sharing their experiences about the products. Capt. Wael Idris said he and his wife keep on coming back to Alshaya Home to buy their bedroom and home products due to the establishment of good relationship and professionalism of Alshaya staff.
Sarah Feteih, another guest, remarked: “I’ve been pampered by the sales staff who makes me feel VIP that matches the product that I’ve bought.”
Carpena said: “Every Ramadan, we see to it that we never fail to greet and acknowledge our customers, old or new, and this kind of personalized gathering for our exclusive guests or clients is something we’ve valued in our business. Aside from our great design and high quality products we sell, we also have to meet and hopefully exceed the customer expectations in our services.”
