A Bupa Arabia medical team conducted routine full checkups for all 35 players of Al-Hilal Football Club in Riyadh, in preparation for the upcoming season.
The clinic, which was in line with the partnership between Bupa Arabia and Al-Hilal Football Club, took place in cooperation with physiofit, which specializes in measuring sport performance and sport medical checkups.
The check-up included blood tests, ECG and ECO, lactate threshold and metabolic tests (VO2max — anaerobic threshold; carbohydrate — fat — heart rate zones), in addition to assessing any old or new injuries that could impact the players in the new season.
