Mobily offers 30 GB free for prepaid package customers

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has offered free 30 GB for prepaid package subscribers, both new and existing, upon registering their fingerprints as well as transferred customers from other operators.
In this respect, Mobily clarified that the 30 GB consecutively for three months will be given in three installments — 10 GB each month — and the customer will receive a confirmation text message.
Mohammed Al-Belwe, EGM corporate communications and PR at Mobily, said: “The company is focusing on granting its subscribers a real added value that allows them to use all products and services in a simplified way. The promotion comes as part of Mobily’s commitment to give prepaid package subscribers high priority, especially the value for money."
Mobily stated that its system allows granting the precedence of permanent validity as long as the customer uses any of the company’s services at least once every 90 days as part of the new policy introduced by the company on the validity of prepaid package credit, which gives substantial added value to subscribers.
Currently, the validity of recharging vouchers are no longer tied to a specific duration but associated with the subscriber’s usage of the company’s services, which makes retention of prepaid sim cards very easy.
