MAKKAH: The weather in Makkah during the Haj season is predicted to be hot during the day and mild at night, a report issued by the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) has said. Medium and low-altitude clouds will be seen in Makkah, and rainy thunderstorms are also likely. Horizontal visibility will be generally good. In Madinah, the weather will be hot during the day and mild at night, with the observation of high and medium-altitude clouds. The report recommends that pilgrims avoid direct sun heat by using umbrellas, frequently drinking water and staying in well-ventilated areas during the day.
