JEDDAH: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman was reassured, during the weekly cabinet session, of the readiness of government and private sector agencies in providing services to pilgrims.
The king thanked Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, who also heads the Haj Committee, for the continuing efforts of the Committee and as well as various other bodies to upgrade the level of services being provided to pilgrims to keep up with what has been implemented by the State of large projects in the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites emanating from its message of the service of the Two Holy Mosques with which the Kingdom was honored by Allah Almighty, praying to Allah Almighty that pilgrims perform their Hajj rituals in security and safety, and praying for the acceptance of their Hajj rituals.
The Cabinet approved appointing the following:
1. Prince Mansour bin Mohammed bin Saad Al-Saud to be a security adviser on the 15th rank at the Ministry of Interior
2. Abdul-Mohsen bin Muhammed bin Abdullah bin Rashoud to be a security adviser on the 14th rank at the Ministry of Interior
3. Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al-Bazei to be a head of notary on the 14th rank at the Ministry of Justice
4. Saad bin Nahid bin Fahd Al-Nahid to be the Director General of Customs in Riyadh on the 14th rank at the Saudi General Customs
5. Abdulrahman bin Muhammed bin Rashid Al-Hamad to be assistant undersecretary for information on the 14th rank at the Ministry of Economy and Planning
6. Muhammed bin Ibrahim bin Zaid Al-Askar to be an economist on the 14th rank at the Ministry of Economy and Planning
7. Muhammed bin Dhafer bin Mushabab Al-Shery to be a planning consultant on the 14th rank at Ministry of Economy and Planning
8. Nabil bin Mohamed Adel bin Hussein Hilmi to be director general of the office of the minister on the 14th rank at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology
9. Muhammed bin Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Gamas to be the director general of the Eastern Region branch on the 14th rank at the General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice
The Cabinet also viewed other items listed in the agenda such as the yearly report of the formally named Ministry of Water and Electricity and the financial report from the Ministry of Education of the previous year.
