LOS ANGELES: Justin Bieber is not an international fugitive anymore, sources said.
Bieber was requested to attend questioning last year following an alleged assault in 2013 at a nightclub in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but the star never showed up to honor the legal order.
A warrant was issued for his arrest in April due to his lack of appearance, which meant if the star stepped into Argentina, he would have been taken into custody immediately.
But TMZ is now reporting Justin is no longer considered a fugitive. According to the outlet, an Argentinian court sent official notification to Interpol Argentina requesting the warrant issued against the “Beauty and a Beat” hitmaker be withdrawn and erased from the system.
Bieber found himself in trouble in Argentina after photographer Diego Pesoa claimed the star ordered one of his bodyguards to assault him.
