This is in response to the story “Makkah move limits old cars.” I have lived in the Kingdom for 23 years and I have not come across any expat having two or more cars.

Why should he own two or more cars? The lower income expats can afford one old car at the most and the rich ones have one high-end car or a company provided vehicle.
