Alargan Projects is developing 10,000 villas and apartments in different cities across the Kingdom to provide housing solutions for quality living.

“Alargan Projects has a number of different projects in varying stages of development in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Alkhobar and Jubail, which will provide over 10,000 residential units to the Saudi Arabian real estate market,” said an official of the company.

The housing projects include Mashariq Al-Riyadh, one of the latest projects of the company, which is on Thumama Street east of Riyadh and consists of 931 villas.

It is currently in the foundational phase and expected to be completed by 2016.

The Alargan official said they are adding another project in the Saudi capital. Manazel Qurtoba is one of the integrated housing communities that the company is developing to accommodate more than 4,500 people by providing 1,400 residential units including villas, duplexes and apartments.

The official added that another project of the company, Al Suhool, is in Jubail and will accommodate over 1,130 families. The houses located on the Dammam-Jubail road will be ready for occupancy by early 2014.

Another integrated residential complex of the company named Murjana is

in Dammam, which consists of 327 villas and is due for completion by the end of this year.

The Alargan official added that a large-scale mixed-use development and housing community is also under planning in Alkhobar.

The housing projects company, which was established in Riyadh in 2007, has developed alliances with prime strategic partners in various regions of the Kingdom.

According to Alargan, the projects are carefully scrutinized to ensure their feasibility as urban integrated housing communities with all facilities of interest to people in terms of location, high quality design, construction and price.
