Madinah Gov. Prince Faisal bin Salman has offered the government’s condolences to the families of the 13 pilgrims who died in a hotel fire in Madinah on Saturday.

The Civil Defense said that 10 of the victims have been identified, including one Algerian woman, one British man and eight Egyptians.

Three bodies at King Fahd Hospital are yet to be identified, the department said. An officer is helping families identify them. Prince Faisal ordered that top health care be provided to a hospitalized female victim.

The governor met with Mohammed Buran, deputy Egyptian consul-general, a representative from the Egyptian community, and relatives of the fire victims at the Dar Al-Shakireen Hotel to convey the condolences of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, Crown Prince Salman and Second Deputy Premier Prince Muqrin.
