Field inspection teams of the Riyadh Municipality seized over 535 kg of rotten meat, poultry and fish in addition to 206 pieces of damaged utensils from different neighborhoods of Riyadh, Saudi Press Agency said.

The inspection teams also closed down 24 eateries for violating health specifications. In addition, the teams raided 243 different entities located in different districts of the capital, the SPA said.

The campaigns resulted in the suspension of over 83 workers from their places of work due to health issues, according to the SPA report.
