The Saudi National Affairs division at the Saudi Embassy in Bahrain registered 70 marriages at the end of June. Forty-eight Saudi men married Bahraini women, while 10 Saudi women married Bahraini nationals. Saudis obtained 12 agreements to marry women from other nationalities.

The charge d’affaires in the Saudi Embassy in Bahrain, Riyadh bin Saud Al-Khanini, said that the embassy is working to its full capacity to offer facilitations to Saudi nationals and that embassy staff is working around the clock to answer their queries.

The embassy also responded to Bahraini queries and listened to their demands, stressing the need to notify Saudi Affairs in the embassy about any problems they face.
