Arabian Entrepreneurs, an international business magazine distributed in the Kingdom, will begin offering local businessmen courses in entrepreneurship.

“The magazine will also undertake a training program for business graduate students who want to succeed as entrepreneurs,” said Mohsin Shaikh Al-Hassan, magazine spokesman and a member of the editorial board.

The courses offered are free of charge and include tutorials in management and leadership skills.

Al-Hassan added that the magazine’s content will be expanded in scope by running in-depth stories on the Saudi economy by prominent local writers well-known in the business community.

“The expanded scope is expected to engender discussion on the Saudi economy. It is hoped that the articles will give guidelines to policymakers in an effort to develop the local economy,” Al-Hassan said.

The local edition of the magazine will cover business events, symposia and economic activities by various economic groups and organizations.

Contributors to the magazine include Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Otaishan, Shoura Council member, who is well-known in the local business circles.

The company that distributes the magazine is owned by Princess Seeta bint Abdullah, daughter of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah. She is also the president of the executive board.

Al-Jawhara bint Turki Al-Otaishan is the publisher and editor-in chief of the magazine.

The magazine, in its English and Arabic contents, is also distributed in the GCC countries, Lebanon and Jordan.
