A regional manager of a Saudi bank is back to his job after he was sacked four years ago. The bank accused him for misappropriation of SR 10 million and some other irregularities.

The verdict was issued by primary commission to settle labor disputes. The commission held several sessions with the bank representative and found that the manager was wrongfully fired from his post.

The verdict required the bank to give the manager his job and to pay all his dues since the day he was sacked until the day of the verdict.

The bank had appealed against the verdict. However, the Supreme Commission upheld the decision and said the verdict is final. The manager returned to his office last week.
