The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu yesterday signed three contracts worth SR 123 million to expand training and educational and infrastructure facilities in the industrial city of Jubail. Prince Saud bin Abdullah Thunayan, president of the Royal Commission signed the deals.
The commission has allocated land in Shati district for carrying out a number of new investment projects including schools, institutes and training centers, an official statement said, adding that the contractor would establish necessary infrastructure for implementing the projects.
The second contract aims at developing 37 educational sites, including school buildings, playgrounds and water and sewage systems. Under the third accord, the contractor will provide engineering services for housing and industrial regions in the city.
