Riyadh police found the body of Fahad Al-Dosari, the 29-year-old policeman who went missing three years ago as he was heading to work at the Samaakh police station in the Al-Quwaiya province.

Brig. Gen. Nasser Al-Qahtani, spokesman for Riyadh police, said that they had received a report on July 12, 2011 from Al-Dosari’s father saying his son had disappeared.

A Sudanese shepherd told his sponsor on Thursday that he saw a 2007 Hilux pickup parked in a bushy area near the town of Um Al-Salam, 20 km from the Samaakh police station.

The police moved to the the site and found the car with the key inside, local media said. They later found the decomposed corpse 3 km from the car following an intensive search. Al-Dosari was in uniform.
