The Philippine mission in the Saudi capital rendered consular services to 1,452 Filipinos in Alkhobar through its Embassy on Wheels (EoW) at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.

The EoW team issued 614 new passports, processed 565 passport renewals,1 lost passport application, extended the period of expiry for 52 passports, provided 193 notary services and registered 27 births.

The embassy will send its next EoW team to render services in the Eastern Region on April 11-12.

The Filipinos availing of the EoW’s services also accomplished 213 client feedback forms out of 400 distributed earlier. They expressed satisfaction regarding the quality of service extended to them.

The client feedback mechanism is part of the embassy’s program to improve customer service.

On behalf of Ambassador Ezzedin H. Tago, the EoW team headed by Vice Consul Maria Angelica C. Genotiva thanked the Filipino community’s support during the two-day mission.
