The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has signed an agreement with a local charity and owners of tourism resorts to sponsor holidays for the sick and poor.

Prince Sultan bin Salman, president of the SCTA, signed the agreement with the Friends of Patients Committee and owners of the Al-Yamama Palace Group, Rowag Hotel Group, Boudl Company and Taleen Company, an SCTA official told Arab News on Thursday.

Prince Sultan had signed the agreement at the Saudi Travel and Tourism Investment Market exhibition in Riyadh that ended on April 4, the official said.

He said the SCTA wants to support the efforts of the charity to provide the free accommodation inside and outside Riyadh.
