After performing Umrah in Makkah, most of the pilgrims come to the holy city of Madinah to visit the Prophet’s Mosque.

Arab News this week spoke one of the visitors, Saleh Al-Mayaidah, a Jordanian national from Karak region, who came to the Kingdom with his family to perform Umrah in Makkah for the second time.

Al-Mayaidah praised the sustained but tremendous efforts put up by the government of Saudi Arabia to serve pilgrims and Umrah visitors.

He also confirmed he did not face any problem since his entry into the Kingdom, explaining that he visited the developed infrastructure in Madinah in its roads and tunnels as well as expansion projects of the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah.

The Kingdom, he said, has spent all resources to serve the Two Holy Mosques, while the cost of his trip — from Jordan to Saudi Arabia — estimated at JD120 a person.

Al-Mayaidah said he prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and protect the security and stability in the Kingdom.
