The Supreme Student Committee at King Khaled University held Tuesday its first meeting for the current academic year and put forward some resolutions and proposals to facilitate the university’s march to excellence and global competence.
Director of the Supreme Student Committee Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al-Daoud, who chaired the meeting, said: “The committee solved more than 24 issues through its previous meetings, with the efforts of the colleges’ representatives, in addition to making the important decision of terminating the contracts of 11 faculty members on grounds of incompetence.”
He also expressed displeasure at the negative comments about the university on a number of networking sites.
