Madinah Gov. Prince Faisal bin Salman has issued a license to establish two motels to be built by Fahad Abdullah Fajaei, a Saudi investor.

Attending the ceremony was Prince Sultan bin Salman, president of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA).

This is the second license of its kind. The first motel is to be built on the Ahsa–Qatar road. The second motel, Al-Manar Al-Aali, is located on the highway between Madinah and Qasim in the Al-Swaidarha region.

Fajaei extended his thanks to the president of the SCTA and the Madinah governor for their support and encouragement. Prince Faisal stressed the role of local councils and municipalities in development plans.

Another prominent businessman in the region, Muhammad Al-Mutairi, said the motel will serve visitors and contribute to the prosperity of the region. Al-Mutairi expects the project to be completed within two years.
