The Madinah Mayoralty has finalized arrangements for the celebration of the Eid holiday this year. The celebrations will be launched on the first day of Eid under the title “Teebah’s 34th festival.” The celebrations will be held in a number of places, mostly in King Fahd garden, Al-Nakheel garden and Al-Aswaf garden, as well as other venues.

Adnan As Sayyid, head of the committee in charge of overseeing the setup of the celebration sites, said that they have finalized the main celebration site, which is King Fahd Central Garden, as well as the celebration theater and auditoriums. He also said that they prepared extra car parking spaces to accommodate as many guests as possible.

Hazza Mahrous, director of operations and maintenance at the Madinah Mayoralty, said that preparations such as installing colored lighting posts and signs that show the special character of Eid, were put in place in many locations, including the second beltway, As Salam road, Airport Road, Abu Bakr Road and Umar ibn Al Khattab Road, in addition to the interior of King Fahd Garden and the popular local market, Al-Aswaf garden, Prince Sultan Center and at the summit of Uhud mountain.
