Security authorities in Makkah have arrested a citizen for practicing illegal abortion on a woman. According to police media spokesman, Lt. Col. Atthe Al-Qurashi, police were informed about an individual practicing illegal abortions for women, and upon investigating the matter, located and arrested the individual red-handed while performing the procedures.

The accused, identified through preliminary investigation as a 20-year-old Arab resident, was handed over to the police station in Al-Mansur for further investigation and completion of necessary procedures in preparation for transferring the case to the Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution.
