Amjad Ali Bhatti, acting principal of Pakistan International School Jeddah-English Section (PISJ-ES), and the management council, faculty and staff have congratulated Pakistan on the occasion of Pakistan Day.
March 23 is the day to recap the endless endeavors of Quaid-e-Azam and his team who overcame all the treacherous and deceitful conspiracies against the Muslims of India to attain an independent piece of land to live and practice their religion freely.
PISJ-ES is where the youth of Pakistan is equipped with the modern education of international standards.
They are also instilled with the deepest sense of patriotism. The students of PISJ-ES have exemplified themselves with their thoughts and actions since its establishment.
The management of PISJ-ES has implemented drastic changes in the school.
The school’s license was renewed and its legal status was fixed. The Civil Defense clearance process is under way. The clearance work, which is being conducted by Baladia, is nearing completion.
The school complies with the Ministry of Labor requirements and now it provides the staff with medical insurance and the process of iqama transfer of the staff is under way.
The school’s first ever organizational structure has been developed. A very seasoned professional principal has been selected and her visa will be ready soon.
A detailed school management system is in the process of implementation. Comprehensive policies and procedures are in the process of development and forwarded for implementation in the following fields: Hiring policy, employment contract, end of service benefits, iqama policy, retirement policy and financial policy.
Many new ideas are being introduced to achieve better results from students and increase the satisfaction of their parents. The syllabus is aligned with the target certification. The level program has been reduced to two years instead of three years.
The teacher’s training program has been launched.
The school’s education adviser has been given a role of curriculum development.
All of school programs have been aligned with the local laws and values.
Additional sports activities take place throughout the year.
Many unusual fee/charges have been reduced. The annual discount value given to the parents is estimated to be about SR4 million. This is a major relief for parents.
The tuition fee has been reduced.
The transport fee has been brought down and a new bigger fleet of buses is now in service.
Laboratory charges and the exam fee have also been reduced.
Now, all the school events are free of charge.
The fee payment can now be given directly into the bank or via an ATM card to make it easy for parents.
