The Philippine Embassy’s third Embassy on Wheels (EOW) for 2014 rendered services to 546 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) at the Ras Tanura Islamic Center on Feb. 14 and 15.

The EOW team rendered services for 434 passports renewals and 27 notarials, while extending 10 passports and releasing 75 passports.

On behalf of Ambassador Ezzedin H. Tago, the seven-member EOW team expressed thanks to the Filipino community for their help during the two-day EOW.

Vice Consul Maria Angelica Genotiva headed the team.

Earlier, the EOW also rendered services to 534 Filipinos in Alkhobar, including those who had claimed their passports.

The Filipinos who were able to avail themselves of the services also accomplished 335 client feedback forms out of 435 forms distributed.

The client feedback mechanism is part of the embassy’s program to improve customer service.

The next EOW will be at the Al-Jazeera International School in Dammam on Feb. 21 and 22.
