The Ministry of Labor has urged private sector companies to register and activate their addresses with Saudi Post.

The ministry directed businesses to the Saudi Post website on www.sp.com.sa. Organizations that fail to register their addresses will no longer receive ministry services. In addition, companies can only recruit foreign workers after they register.

Private sector companies must have a national address since the registration and activation process is part of a framework agreement between the ministry and Saudi Post.

This will help the ministry inspectors, who will have up-to-date information in order to track down firms. It will also assist authorities in delivering general directives and notices, court summons and educational and awareness material.

In addition, the national address system will help the ministry detect fake organizations that try to circumvent regulations with fraudulent practices and seek visas for ineligible persons.
