Rawabi Holding Group launched their third jobs and talent exhibition entitled “Discover Your Passion … Create Your Success” here recently at the Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Science and Technology Center, showcasing 101 job opportunities for young Saudis.

At a joint press conference, Dr. Abdallah Al-Hadbaa, director of educational consultation in the Eastern Province, and Rawabi Chairman Abdul Aziz Al-Turki, said the exhibition underscores the importance of private and public sector partnerships.

Al-Hadbaa said the event has been successful in discovering and showcasing the talents of the country's young people.

The event, which opened last week and will end on April 17, provides 101 job opportunities. There will be six specialized workshops and four main speakers to share their success stories and advice.

Al-Turki said the exhibition not only provides job opportunities and career advice but is also a forum to discuss ideas around certain professions and their importance to the national economy.

He said the speakers will play a "key role" in showing how they became successful.

“The Rawabi Talent Exhibition brings youth face to face with experts who share valuable information on potential job positions so that they can make educated choices for their future.”

“As part of our social responsibility, we tend to guide students especially between the ages of 14 and 24."

Al-Hadbaa said some students still need to be educated more about their future careers. Even some graduates do not know whether they have chosen the right profession.

He said the exhibition was a strategic and binding agreement between the private and public sectors to develop the country's young people and ensure sustainable development.
