The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu is implementing a unique housing scheme for its Saudi employees who are married.

The Royal Commission has initiated a housing scheme at a cost of SR30 million in Yanbu industrial city for its employees who are married and living with their families.

Atif Al-Ghadi of the Royal Commission in Yanbu told Arab News that the “Royal Commission signed a contract on Tuesday to build housing units at the cost of SR30 million with Ashi and Bushnag Contracting Company.” The houses will be built in three phases in Al-Khalid district of Yanbu, he added.

Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission in Yanbu, Ala bin Abdullah Naseef signed the agreement Tuesday with a contracting company in this regard, he said.

The Royal Commission attained a major achievement two years ago when more than 1,300 housing units were delivered to its employees. The number is expected to increase to more than 2,000 units during the next three years.

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu is moving toward fulfilling its housing needs as per the vision of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah in the creation of a partnership with the industrial sector to build cost-effective housing units for its employees.
