Two expatriates died and seven others were injured when their vehicle overturned on Prince Abdul Elah Road in Al-Jouf on Tuesday.

According to a security source, the injured are in critical condition.

“Five of the injured were taken to hospital by the Red Crescent, while two others were transported by the Civil Defense,” the source said.

Another fatal road crash killed four people, two of them women, and injured 22 in Asir on Monday.

Ahmed Aseeri, spokesman for the Red Crescent, said the injured were taken to different hospitals in the region. The accident happened when a GMC Suburban collided head-on with a Hyundai Accent on the Riyadh-Khamis Mushait Road, he said.
