JEDDAH: Unbeaten ARM were the undisputed champions of the Premier Division MoneyGram Cricket Ke Badsha Twenty20 League when they routed Pak Green by 91 runs in the final recently held under the auspices of the Saudi Cricket Center and organized by the Jeddah Cricket Association, here.

ARM, won the toss and elected to bat first, put up 235 for 3 in the allotted overs against their strong opponents.

Openers Tabraiz (38) and his partner hard-hitting Rashid Khursheed (35) gave their team a brisk start. Sami Khan (26) and Pervez Khan (63 not out) carried on the momentum. Later, ARM captain Nazeer (60 not out) propped up the innings, which helped his team notch up a formidable total.

Pak Green captain Mohammed Zahid took 2 for 42 and all-rounder Mohammad Shahzad managed 1 for 42.

In reply the Pak Green failed to put up a fight and were bundled out for a paltry 144. Their batting machine, Amer Shahzad staged a lone battle and made a classic 65 runs while wickets kept falling at regular intervals at the other end.

Shan Manzoor (14) and Asim (13) were the other run-getters. The rest panicked against the ARM bowlers. Off spinner Sami Khan had 3 for 29, medium pacer skipper Nazeer took 3 for 28 while left arm fast bowler Shahid Abbas had the top order batsmen with his natural swing and had figures 2 fo36.
