JEDDAH: Nestle Milo’s Imran Sarwar of and Dopco Young Stars’ Ali slammed centuries during the sixth week of the MoneyGram Twenty20 cricket tournament, sponsored by MoneyGram under the auspices of Saudi cricket center and organized by the Western Province Cricket Association here.

Sawar’s 102 helped Milo rout AMI Juffali by 53 runs while Ali scored 133 to help Dopco ease past UCC by 85 runs.

In the Premier League, My Care Hala got the better of Islamic Development Bank by 14 runs. Hala were all out for 183 runs. Qamar Abbas top-scored with 80 runs.

Hashim Khan 4 for 33, Zahid 2 for 22 and Abdullah Shah 2 for 29 did well for the bowling side. IDB responded with 169 for 5. Khalid Butt stroked 73 off 41 balls. Tariq Mehmood took 3 for 39.

In another match, Crown Steel batted first and scored 174 for 5 against Al-Ghamdi. Abid Naseem (57) and Qaiser Iqbal (66) were involved in a 105-run partnership. Waheed took 3 for 26. In reply, Al-Ghamdi Cricket Stars scored 177 for 4. Sufiyan scored an unbeaten 96 runs. Amjad Warsi had 2 for 34. Al-Ghamdi won by 6 wickets.

Elsewhere, AOT downed Pepsi Deccan Knights by 9 wickets. Pepsi Deccan Knights were bundled out for 94. Faisal Iqbal grabbed 3 or 24, Zeeshan 3 for 12, Taher 2 for 9 and Atif 2 for 25. AOT chased achieved their target for the loss of one wicket. Thanks to Faisal Iqbal’s 50.

In the Morning League matches, Johnson Control beat Jeddah Challengers by 18 runs, SFCC got the better of DTT by 27 runs, Nesma Holding ousts Stallions by 5 wickets, Hala Academy, White routed Haneefa Tigers by 192 runs, ATS lost to ALJ Toyota by 6 wickets, Jeddah Royasl crashed to Mercedes Benz by 9 wickets and Myaco defeated Brasa De Brazil by 7 wickets.

In the Afternoon League, Nestle Milo routed AMI Juffali by 53 runs, Zultrack ousts Fuchs Al-Harmani by 7 wickets, Hyundai beat Limitless by 13, Dopco Young Stars eased past UCC by 85 runs, Lothers defeated Choudhry XI by 64 runs and Al-Safri edged past Contraco by 2 wickets.
